A. The sidewalk near the pond constantly floods . Also noticed there is a drain but during rains that overlies too. The entrance to the pond was recently paved with a fresh tarmac that made the sidewalk path at a higher level than the grass. Perhaps the same workaround can be applied short term but a better solution may be needed long term thanks
